Kairavo is a desktop app for Windows and macOS that gives you Intune dashboards, reports, automation, change history, assignments and alerts.
Kairavo is a desktop app for Windows and macOS. It collects your Microsoft Intune tenant on your own computer and turns it into dashboards, reports, change history, assignment views and alerts. You can also run automations against the tenant when you allow it.
How it works
- A desktop app. Kairavo runs on your computer. There is no Kairavo account and no Kairavo server between you and Microsoft.
- Your own app registration. You sign in through a single-tenant app registration that you create and control in your own Entra tenant. Kairavo has no vendor app in your tenant.
- Delegated read permissions. Kairavo reads your tenant with delegated Microsoft Graph permissions. It sees what your own Intune role and scope tags allow, and nothing more.
- Data stays on your computer. Collected data, change history and reports are stored in a local database on your computer. Sign-in tokens and your license are kept in an encrypted store protected by the operating system.
- Automations change the tenant only when you allow it. Monitoring only reads. An automation can change your tenant or send email only after you turn on "Allow automations that change your tenant", and every such run asks for your confirmation first.
